Project Role : Scrum Master with SAFe Agile(Hybrid)

Project Role Description :Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary:As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using SAFe Agile methodologies. Your typical day will involve coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies, and identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the Scrum Team(s) in using SAFe Agile methodologies and scrum practices.

Help the Scrum Team(s) to focus on the task at hand and remove impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments.

Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework

Resolve conflicts and issues that occur

Coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s) on Agile principles and practices, including self-organization and cross-functionality. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.

Experience in coaching and mentoring Scrum Team(s) in Agile methodologies and scrum practices.

Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, including self-organization and cross-functionality.

Experience in organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Experience in tracking and communicating team progress and metrics to stakeholders, including burndown charts, velocity, and sprint/release progress. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Agile Project Management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Agile solutions.
