Sales Development Representative – US Market (B2B SaaS | 3-4 Years Experience | AI-Savvy)

Location: On-site (US Shift - 5:30pm - 2:30 am)

Why This Role Matters

We’re expanding our Sales Development team in the US and looking for a driven, technically sound SDR who understands the US B2B SaaS landscape and can use AI tools to 10x outreach efficiency. You’ll play a crucial role in driving awareness and pipeline for a platform that’s redefining how marketing effectiveness is measured.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify ICPs across eCommerce, retail, CPG, and enterprise brands using AI-enabled tools and outbound best practices.
  • Launch multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, social) to book high-quality meetings for Sales Directors.
  • Pick up the phone with confidence! Be fearless in dialing prospects and creating real conversations — we value SDRs who are bold, proactive, and not afraid to open doors the old-school way.
  • Clearly communicate Lifesight’s mission and platform value to CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Media, and Innovation leaders.
  • Use tools like Apollo, Zoominfo, Clay, ChatGPT, Lavender, HubSpot, and others to scale your outreach intelligently.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing and maintain a seamless lead handoff process.
  • Keep HubSpot/Salesforce CRM updated with clean data, notes, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and AEs to improve messaging and campaign performance.
  • Stay plugged into trends in AI, attribution, measurement, and the future of MarTech.


Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in a SaaS company targeting the US market.
  • Strong experience with cold outbound and lead generation for enterprise deals.
  • Ability to explain complex technology in a simple, value-driven way.
  • Comfortable using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills — both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, structured, and hungry to exceed pipeline targets.
  • Prior experience in MarTech, AdTech, or working with marketing decision-makers is a big plus.
