We provide solutions and services to companies like TATA, Garware Wallropes Ltd, Godrej and also work with direct customers primarily in the agriculture industry
Job description
- Identify, qualify, and generate sales leads from B2B and B2G customers.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent sales flow.
- Engage with decision-makers, procurement teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales through effective follow-ups and negotiations.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, RFQs, and tender responses accurately and on time.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals within defined timelines.
- Track each lead from initial contact to order closure and ensure no lead is left unattended.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, finance, logistics) to close sales smoothly.
- Ensure compliance with B2B and government procurement processes and documentation.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closures in CRM or sales reports.
- Monitor tender portals, government opportunities, and repeat business prospects.
- Follow up on payments, documentation, and order confirmations post-closure.
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat orders and customer retention.
- Regularly report sales progress, forecasts, and challenges to management.

- Skilled in Google Suite, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
