Avian Aerospace is a Drone Company working on customized product development and providing services for different applications in industries like agriculture, power, real-estate. We provide solutions and services to companies like TATA, Garware Wallropes Ltd, Godrej and also work with direct customers primarily in the agriculture industry


Job description

  • Identify, qualify, and generate sales leads from B2B and B2G customers.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent sales flow.
  • Engage with decision-makers, procurement teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales through effective follow-ups and negotiations.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, RFQs, and tender responses accurately and on time.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals within defined timelines.
  • Track each lead from initial contact to order closure and ensure no lead is left unattended.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, finance, logistics) to close sales smoothly.
  • Ensure compliance with B2B and government procurement processes and documentation.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closures in CRM or sales reports.
  • Monitor tender portals, government opportunities, and repeat business prospects.
  • Follow up on payments, documentation, and order confirmations post-closure.
  • Build long-term relationships to drive repeat orders and customer retention.
  • Regularly report sales progress, forecasts, and challenges to management.

  • Skilled in Google Suite, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
