Summary: As a Sales Lead, you will drive the sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales, through deal origination, sales negotiations, and closure. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients, strategizing sales approaches, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful deal execution and customer satisfaction. You will also analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and mentorship for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Account Management. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Account Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
