Sales Manager


We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Intellipaat. This role is designed for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the upskilling segment of the E-learning industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of team handling experience and the ability to drive revenue growth while managing a high-performing sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, training, and mentoring a team of sales executives to achieve organisational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 sales executives, setting clear goals and objectives. Provide ongoing support, training, and mentoring to ensure peak performance.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets and growth objectives. Identify opportunities in the upskilling segment of the E-learning industry to expand market share.

Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and optimising conversion rates.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, analyse sales data, and prepare detailed reports to present to senior management.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams To ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands To identify new sales opportunities.


Required Qualifications:

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in a team handling role in the upskilling segment of the E-learning industry.

● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a sales management or team leadership role.

● Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

● Deep understanding of the upskilling segment in the E-learning landscape, including customer needs and industry challenges.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions


Preferred Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

● Experience in B2C sales, particularly in the higher education sector.

● Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance tracking systems.
