Sales Manager

What this role involves:

• Building and closing staffing and SOW-led deals
• Designing scoped proposals and pricing models for enterprise clients
• Owning the sales process end-to-end, from prospecting to onboarding
• Collaborating with delivery and technology teams to ensure client success
• Helping shape our India go-to-market approach for GIC's in India

We’re keen to meet someone with 5+ years of experience in workforce solution sales—ideally someone who's closed both staffing and fixed-scope deals. Familiarity with the Indian enterprise landscape is important.
