Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Consultant with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Bangalore real estate market. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience dealing with leading developers such as Prestige, Sobha, Brigade, Godrej, and Lodha.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in and digital leads, understand client requirements, and recommend suitable projects.
• Conduct project presentations, site visits, and negotiations to drive closures.
• Maintain strong relationships with developer sales teams to ensure smooth coordination and updated project knowledge.
• Track and report daily sales activities, lead conversions, and market insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience in Bangalore.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and client-handling skills.
• Good understanding of premium and mid-segment residential projects.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
