Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing accounts by identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with potential customers. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successful sales performance and a strong understanding of cloud-based services.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
● Identify potential customers and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
● Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
● Negotiate and close sales deals with customers
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to
promote the company's products and services
● Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and
developments
● Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential customers to ensure customer
satisfaction and loyalty
● Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
● Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Knowledge of cloud-based services and solutions
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
● Willingness to travel as needed
