JOB DESCRIPTION:- We are looking for a Female Sales & Marketing Engineer. 1) Generating leads, attending calls and making calls to prospective clients. 2) Searching for new clients online. 3) Generate order by finding new customer and follow up with customer to finalize the order. 4) Regular follow-up with old customers for repeat orders and new orders. 5) Work towards achieving annual target goal and make strategy to achieve goal by effective lead generation, follow up and closing deals. 6) Skilled in dealing with the people diplomatically. Capable to work as a team member. 7) Create and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram). 8) Own the entire proposal process: identify customer's needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals. 9) Ensure timely supply of material and payment collection. 10) Knowledge of Digital Marketing. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Marketing) or BE (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronix) Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), internet usage and data finding. Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach Good communication in English (speaking & listening) and people skills, persuasion skills, rapport building skills, telephone etiquette, selling skills, negotiation skills, listening skills, questioning skills. Self image: Confident, go-getter, sales expert. Traits: High energy, persistent, willingness to learn, hospitable, honest. Motives: Hungry for personal growth and win-win philosophy. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift (5 Day working) 8.30 am to 6.30 pm Supplemental Pay: Performance incentive and Yearly bonus.
