Job Description

As our Sales executive, your role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities,

including:

 Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our our real estate offerings.

 Develop a good understanding of our real estate projects to answer customer inquiries effectively.

 Showcase Our Properties To Prospective Buyers, emphasising the unique features and benefits.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

 Skillfully negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

 Consistent achievement of monthly targets, particularly in the bookings. professional approach is characterized by a meticulous blend of strategic foresight, proactive planning, and an unwavering commitment to results.

 Stay Updated On Market Trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

 Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.


Qualifications:

 Communication Skills: verbal and written communication skills.

 Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

 Knowledge: Callings, property types, and market trends.


 Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
