**Position Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Atya Realtors. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to achieve company targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

- Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers and tenants.

- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring satisfaction for both clients and the company.

- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.

- Prepare and manage necessary documentation for property transactions.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to expand knowledge and network.

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.


**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in real estate sales.

- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and current trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Valid real estate license (if required by the location).

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
