• Over all 7 years of experience in which 3 years in APAC region, working  with clients  using job portals such as Naukri, Monster, Shine and LinkedIn. In addition, Recruitment experience includes end-to-end recruitment, such as sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, coordinating, offer preparation, documentation, offer releasing till on boarding.
• Experienced in Volume/Mass Hiring and Niche Skill Hiring like Cloud technologies.
• Proficient in recruiting candidates from Junior Level to Senior Level.
• Possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Sourcing out relevant resumes from different job portals, referencing and head hunting, matching to the job requirements.
• Good work experience in handling Contract Staffing (C2H) and Permanent Staffing (FTE)
• Proficient in recruiting candidate from all levels, junior level to senior level.
• Sourcing Niche and super Niche skill and ability to participate and work with teams.
• Good understanding of IT job functions and good conceptual understanding of latest IT                         Technologies like SAP, Oracle, Testing.
