What would you do? Sales Quota Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the sales team s performance by setting, monitoring, and managing individual sales quotas, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and providing coaching and support to sales representatives to ensure they achieve their targets effectively.
What are we looking for? Proven experience in sales operations within a BPO environment, ideally with expertise in managing large sales teams and complex data sets. Knowledge of industry-specific sales processes and best practices Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teamsStrong Analytical Skills:Strong analytical mindset with ability to analyse data from various reports and provide insights to the sales teams.Sales Process Expertise:Understanding of the sales cycle, best practices, and key performance indicators. Communication Skills:Ability to effectively communicate sales quota performance to the client leads. CRM Proficiency:Skilled in using CRM systems to track sales activity, manage data, and generate reports. Problem-Solving:Ability to identify challenges in sales Quota attainment and provide insights to the client. - Ability to establish strong client relationship- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders- Adaptable and flexible- Collaboration and interpersonal skills- Problem-solving skills
Roles and Responsibilities: Quota Setting:Implement sales quotas for individual sales reps and teams based on directions from the Client Performance Monitoring:Regularly track sales performance against quotas, identifying areas where reps are exceeding or falling short of expectations. Sales Data Analysis:Utilize CRM and other data sources to analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Forecasting and Reporting:Generate accurate sales forecasts based on data analysis and provide regular reports to sales leadership on team performance. Quota Adjustment:Review and adjust sales quotas as needed based on directions from client.
