Sales Trainee

Roles and Responsibility:

Market Development:

• Understand the agricultural applications of building materials (e.g., irrigation systems, storage solutions, etc).
• Identify potential markets and customers, including farmers, distributors, and agribusinesses.
• Assist in promoting products tailored for agricultural needs.

Sales Execution:

• Support sales activities by prospecting and generating leads in the agricultural sector.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and end customers in the agriculture domain.
• Address customer queries and provide basic technical support on product usage.
• Collect and report customer feedback to improve products and services.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Gather data on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences in the agriculture vertical.
• Share insights with the sales team to refine sales strategies.

Operational Support:

• Assist in order processing, coordination with Sales Ops teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
