Salesforce Business Analyst (SFDC BA)

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Quote to Cash, Service Contract Management, and Entitlement Management using SFDC and NetSuite (NS)
• Prior hands-on experience with CPQ Cloud (Mandatory for CPQ BAs)
• Strong understanding of Opportunity to Invoice processes
• Good functional knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) systems
• Ability to work directly with business teams to gather and translate requirements to technical teams
• Facilitate User Testing, Planning, and Execution
• Self-starter, motivated, well-organized
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
