Kotak 811, is committed to providing equal employment opportunities Role: Salesforce Production Support What we need 3 years of experience in L1/L2 Salesforce production support or administration. Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including profiles, roles, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes. Experience with Apex debugging, SOQL queries, and Lightning components troubleshooting. Familiarity with Salesforce security model, data management, and sharing settings. Experience with Salesforce api integrations debugging Experience working with JIRA, ServiceNow, or other ticketing systems. Basic understanding of Salesforce development tools (Developer Console, Workbench). Knowledge of Change Management and Deployment tools (Change Sets, Gearset, Copado). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills for user support and issue resolution
