Salesforce Industry Cloud/ OmniStudio CoE Lead

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Industry Cloud Architect with deep expertise in OmniStudio and a strong background in customer consulting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering industry-specific solutions on the Salesforce platform, driving digital transformation, and enabling seamless customer experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align business goals with technical solutions and deliver innovative, scalable, and high-impact solutions.

1. Industry-Specific Solution Design:
• Architect and design industry-specific solutions using Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, etc.).
• Leverage OmniStudio to build flexible, scalable, and user-friendly solutions tailored to industry needs.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
2. OmniStudio Expertise:
• Design and implement OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) to enable dynamic and personalized customer experiences.
• Optimize OmniStudio solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on OmniStudio best practices.
3. Customer Consulting & Collaboration:
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and recommending innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver outcomes that exceed expectations.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and presentations to showcase the capabilities of Salesforce Industry Clouds and OmniStudio.
4. Integration & Innovation:
• Design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce Industry Clouds and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, legacy systems).
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

5.     Experience:

o   12-20 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.

o   Proven experience in customer consulting and delivering industry-specific solutions on Salesforce.

o   Strong expertise in OmniStudio, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.

o   Experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud).

o   Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, APIs) and data migration strategies.

6.     Certifica tions:

o   Salesforce Industry Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred).

o   Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant/Developer Certification (preferred).

o   Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are a plus
