SAP CRM Sales and ECC Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 SAP CRM Sales Process Implementation

Design and implement end-to-end sales processes in SAP CRM (Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Order Management).

Configure and maintain SAP CRM Sales Order Management (SOM) and Middleware.

🔹 Integration with SAP ECC

Lead the integration of SAP CRM with SAP ECC (Sales & Distribution module) ensuring smooth data flow (customer data, sales orders, pricing, delivery).

Develop strategies for seamless integration across CRM and ECC systems.

🔹 Support & Maintenance

Provide ongoing support for CRM and ECC integrations, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.

🔹 Configuration & Customization

Configure SAP CRM for quote-to-cash cycles, sales order processing, and customer segmentation.

Customize SAP ECC (SD) module to meet business needs.

🔹 Training & Documentation

Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions on SAP CRM and ECC functionalities.

Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation.

🔹 Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams

Collaborate with SAP functional consultants (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) for end-to-end process integration.

Work closely with business teams to ensure smooth execution of project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years in SAP CRM Sales processes and integrating with SAP ECC (SD module).

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SAP CRM and SAP ECC (SD) module configurations.
• Experience with ABAP for custom reports and enhancements is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of sales business processes and order-to-cash cycles.
• Communication & Teamwork: Excellent collaboration skills with technical teams and business users.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in CRM module.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
• Experience in industries like Manufacturing, Retail, or Wholesale Distribution.
