• Should have at least 8+ Years of relevant experience in SAP EWM.
• Should have good knowledge of SAP EWM processes.
• Should have strong domain knowledge.
• Should have experience in design, configuration and testing of core EWM modules including but not limited to:
  • Master Data
  • Inbound Processing
  • Outbound Processing
  • Resource Management
  • Labor Management
  • Physical Inventory
  • Internal Stock Movements
  • Cross-Docking

  • Wave Management

     

• Should have experience and knowledge of key integration points with EWM modules
• Previous implementation experience in Life Sciences, manufacturing, utilities Domain is preferred. 

 

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

1. 8+ years of experience in SAP systems implementation on Logistics, Warehouse Management (includes EWM), Inventory Management and Material Management

2. At least 2-3 full cycle EWM implementation including blue printing /Design/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment

3. Good Experience in Design and architecture review.

4. Good Process Knowledge and work with PTP, OTC, FICO, security, Basis teams for triage and other integration activities.

5. Strong exposure and support end to end SAP EWM Outbound, Inbound, Physical Inventory and Internal processes with VAS, Quality Inspections and Wave Management, Posting Changes and other advanced EWM functions – Integration with PP, QM and TM.

6. Experience in creation of Master Data i.e. Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organizational Structure, Settings for Handling Units etc. Must have sound knowledge and experience in configuring/modifying Post Processing Framework in SAP EWM.

7. Strong expertise in setting up the system integration between SAP S/4HANA with SAP EWM

8. Good knowledge in implementing advanced warehouse functions such as RF device Integration, Yard Management, Labor Management and Cross Docking

9. Proficient experience in interface development (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services) – Good to have.

10. Extensive experience in analysis, design, creating functional Specification (FS) for RICEFW objects, coordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionality or Enhancement, Prepare Test plans and Test scripts

11. Experience with designing tools like ARIS, collaboration tool Confluence and ticketing tool JIRA

12. Knowledge about system enhancements and configuration

13. Experience in SAP wireless Technologies Implementations using: SAP Console/ITS Mobile/RFID for Radio Frequency Framework Solution design – Good to have.

14. Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) – Individual should be able to drive discussions with cross geography counterparts

15. Should have prior experience of team handling (10-15 FTE)

16. Should have end-to-end delivery management experience of small to mid-size projects.

17. Should have good mentoring and coaching skills.

18. Should have the ability to contribute to pre-sales activities of RFP including but not limited to scoping, demo preparation, estimations and staffing plan proposal

19. Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools

20. Consistently engage with the clients, interpret their requirements, and staff projects while managing the communication flow throughout

21. Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills

22. Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization. 

Qualifications:

• Graduation/Postgraduation.

• SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management certification is mandatory.

• 8+ years of SAP EWM Consulting experience.
