SAP O2C SD Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain SAP SD module for O2C processes (Sales Orders, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management).
  • Implement pricing strategies, taxes, and discounts.
  • Manage intercompany billing, third-party sales, and stock transfer processes.
  • Ensure smooth integration with SAP FICO, MM, and other relevant modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end process alignment.
  • Support SAP implementation, rollouts, and upgrades (ECC or S/4HANA).
  • Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects.
  • Handle incidents, change requests, and system enhancements.
  • Conduct UAT, training, and hypercare post go-live.
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with offshore/onshore teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of SAP SD experience, including at least 2 end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of O2C processes in SAP (Quotation, Sales Orders, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management).
  • Exposure to pricing, taxes, transportation, and logistics execution.
  • SAP ECC or S/4HANA SD module expertise.
  • Understanding of integration with FICO and MM.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in global projects and working with offshore teams.
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.

Familiarity with API integration and Business Partner master
