SAP O2C SD Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SAP SD module for O2C processes (Sales Orders, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management).
- Implement pricing strategies, taxes, and discounts.
- Manage intercompany billing, third-party sales, and stock transfer processes.
- Ensure smooth integration with SAP FICO, MM, and other relevant modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end process alignment.
- Support SAP implementation, rollouts, and upgrades (ECC or S/4HANA).
- Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects.
- Handle incidents, change requests, and system enhancements.
- Conduct UAT, training, and hypercare post go-live.
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Communicate effectively with offshore/onshore teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4–6 years of SAP SD experience, including at least 2 end-to-end implementations.
- Strong knowledge of O2C processes in SAP (Quotation, Sales Orders, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management).
- Exposure to pricing, taxes, transportation, and logistics execution.
- SAP ECC or S/4HANA SD module expertise.
- Understanding of integration with FICO and MM.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in global projects and working with offshore teams.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
Familiarity with API integration and Business Partner master
