SAP & Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in one or more SAP modules.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA projects (implementation, conversion, rollout).
  • Understanding of SAP integration points and architecture.
  • Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and basic ABAP/debugging concepts (preferred).

Project & Leadership Skills

  • Proven experience leading medium to large SAP projects.
  • Strong project management skills (Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
