SAP S4Hana Service Consultant

• 5+ years of experience in SAP CRM Service with at least 5 full lifecycle implementations. • Minimum one SAP S4HANA Service implementation preferred. • Strong understanding of SAP Best Practices and experience implementing them based on customer needs. • Hands-on experience in configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and documentation. • Proficiency in CRM WebUI enhancements and technical components such as BADI, BAPI, IDoc. • Ability to create and maintain functional & technical specifications, configuration documents, and end user training content. • Strong debugging, issue analysis, and production support skills. • Advanced knowledge of CRM WebUI enhancements, BADI/BAPI/IDoc handling. • Strong debugging and custom development understanding. While we work in accordance with business requirements, we shall strive to offer you the location of your choice, where possible. • Perform the role of SAP S4HANA Service Functional Consultant with ownership across requirement gathering, estimations, business blueprinting, realization, integration, testing, and deployment. • Conduct and facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders. • Work on solution design based on business requirements and propose workarounds where standard solutions are not available. • Ensure solution delivery within agreed timelines while coordinating with multiple project stakeholders. • Identify project risks and participate in risk management throughout the project lifecycle. • Guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and best practices. • Contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building. • Drive creation of functional design documents, technical specifications, configuration documents, end user and training materials. • Troubleshoot and diagnose production support issues, including debugging capabilities. • Document and implement bespoke developments as required. • Communicate effectively across all levels of the customer organization and vendor ecosystem. • Stay updated with the latest innovations and capabilities in the S4HANA Service domain.
