• 15+ years of experience in SAP solutions, with at least 3+ years in S/4HANA implementations. • Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP) and integration technologies (IDoc, RFC, APIs). • Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and cloud deployment models • Proven ability to design complex SAP landscapes and integration scenarios. • Understanding of SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery frameworks. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • SAP certifications in S/4HANA and Solution Architecture preferred. • Global implementation projects with multi-country rollouts. • Exposure to industry-specific solutions (e.g., pharma, Medical Devices, Process industries). Location Posting - Bangalore • Solution Design & Architecture -Define and design the overall SAP S/4HANA architecture, including core modules (Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.). • Ensure integration with existing systems and third-party applications. • Develop technical roadmaps and migration strategies for S/4HANA adoption. • Implementation & Delivery -Lead blueprinting, configuration, and realization phases of S/4HANA projects. • Provide guidance on greenfield implementation leveraging SAP best practices. • Oversee performance optimization and scalability of the solution. • Stakeholder Management -Collaborate with business leaders, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust solutions. • Act as the primary point of contact to drive architecture-related decisions. • Governance & Compliance -Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements. • Maintain documentation for architecture, design decisions, and integration
