Summary of Role:

You are part of a team developing industry-leading GenAI solutions for semiconductor enablement development and design workflows. You will be responsible for designing and implementing the agentic AI orchestration layer that powers these solutions with autonomous decision-making, tool coordination and human-in-the-loop oversight. You will develop multi-agent workflows, custom protocol integrations (MCP), and AI-to-AI (A2A) communication systems that enable intelligent automation across EDA tool workflows, IP development, verification, and other semiconductor engineering processes. You will work closely with GenAI/AI R&D engineers, Web app developers, and Domain experts.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Design and implement multi-agent orchestration systems using frameworks like LangGraph or custom solutions to coordinate GenAI applications across semiconductor workflows
• Architect and implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, clients, and custom protocols for agent-to-agent (A2A) and agent-to-tool communication
• Build standardized connector frameworks and abstraction layers enabling integration with EDA tools, databases, and engineering systems
• Design agent architectures leveraging cloud foundation models (AWS Bedrock or similar) with intelligent routing, reasoning frameworks, and RAG systems
• Implement state management, human-in-the-loop workflows, error recovery, monitoring, and cost optimization strategies
• Collaborate with GenAI developers, domain experts, and DevOps teams following Agile methodologies
• Deliver on OKRs and milestones with comprehensive technical documentation

Other Responsibilities

• Support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (GenAI Developers, CAD Engineers, Design Teams, DevOps, IT)
• Stay current with latest developments in agentic AI, MCP protocols, and multi-agent systems.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's  or Master's  in Computer Science, DataScience,Electronics Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years software engineering with expert Python skills
• 2+ years building agentic AI systems and multi-agent orchestration
• 1+ years of experience with MCP or similar standards
• Deep expertise in AI orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain)
• Experience with cloud foundation model services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures
• Proven ability to architect complex, multi-component systems
• Excellent system design and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Experience with workflow orchestration systems (Step Functions, Airflow, Temporal)
• Background in semiconductor design, EDA tools, or technical automation
• Cloud and  AI/ML certifications
• Contributions to open-source agent frameworks
