Summary:
As a Security Consulting Practitioner, you will provide enterprise-level advice to make organizations cyber resilient. Your typical day will involve engaging with various stakeholders to assess their cybersecurity posture, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending strategies to enhance their defenses against cyber threats. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital assets are protected while fostering trust and transparency within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging threats to proactively adjust strategies.
- Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Provide technical expertise in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance to ensure project success.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Purview.
- Strong understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and tools.
- Ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with incident response and management processes.
- Must Have Skills: Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, Data Classification, Labelling, Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Sensitive Information Types, Regex patterns, Trainable Classifier, Exact data match, Insider Risk Management, Records Management
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with other security technologies such as Managed Detection & Response, Azure Sentinel.
- Experience leading Security Services projects.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Additional Information:
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful security solutions.
