Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methods, tools, training, and assets. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders to maintain seamless project progress and quality outcomes. The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to meet client expectations and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee project milestones and ensure timely delivery of security services.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align objectives and resolve challenges.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Managed Cloud Security Services.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with security incident response and risk management in cloud environments.
- Ability to design and implement security controls tailored to cloud infrastructures.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements related to cloud security.
- Skilled in coordinating with global teams to deliver integrated security solutions.
