Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methodologies, tools, and assets. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders to maintain seamless project progress and quality outcomes. The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to meet client expectations and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Oversee project delivery schedules and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align objectives and resolve challenges.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and best practices related to event monitoring and incident response.
- Experience in managing and optimizing SIEM platforms to detect, analyze, and respond to security threats.
- Ability to interpret complex security data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Skilled in coordinating with multiple teams to implement security solutions and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to security event management systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
