Job Title: Business Process Training Assistant Manager

Role Overview:

The Business Process Training Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting the Business Process Training Manager to ensure all learning material related to the Engagement Management value chain lifecycle is meticulously maintained. 

This includes updating the content to reflect the continuous upgrades inherent in our SAAS environments, and guaranteeing that all learning materials remain current, relevant, and accessible to colleagues across the UK firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and update engaging and interactive learning content using eLearning software (e.g. Articulate Rise 360), ensuring a thorough focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Support in the maintenance of source content for in scope internal AI tools to always ensure accuracy of reference information
  • Maintain the change control tracker and ensure rigorous version control for all learning materials
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely review and updates of learning assets
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training through metrics and feedback, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Track and analyse training completion metrics

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in learning content creation and ongoing upkeep of this information 
  • Proficiency in building and updating learning content using eLearning software (preference for Articulate Rise 360, but other platforms considered)
  • Familiarity with video creation software (e.g. Synthesia or Clipchamp) desirable
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders (e.g. Process & Product Owners) 
  • Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, maintaining productivity and delivering high-quality results even during periods of peak demand or reduced activity
  • Experience using Excel for data analysis and reporting and SharePoint for document storage and management
  • Experience with project planning tools and methodologies.
