The Group Managing Partner Office in Group Corporate Services is the backbone of KPMG, providing essential day-to-day services that keep the firm running smoothly. We manage a wide range of services which include:

•    Corporate Development 
•    Partnership Office 
•    Group Corporate Services Transformation 
•    COO Operations

This role sits within the Central Operations Team of Group Corporate Services Transformation, which has responsibility for

•    Supporting the delivery of the overall business strategy across the domains within the Enhanced BAU structure
•    Harnessing new technologies to drive digitalization and automation of processes.
•    Maximising the existing technology 

The Domains are undergoing a period of dynamic enhancement activity, and this role will be instrumental in driving these initiatives forward. You will be a key player in:

• Understanding Business Needs: You will work closely with the Domains to identify their business requirements 

• Championing the Customer Voice: You will ensure that the customer perspective is central to all enhancement initiatives, ensuring that solutions are designed to meet their needs and advance their experience.

• Collaborating with Development Teams: You will work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions are delivered effectively and meet the agreed-upon specifications.

The Business Analyst role will focus on ServiceNow platform enhancements 

The core activities involved in the role include:  

• The successful person will be able to research, analyse, define and document the requirements  

• Act as the point of contact for business related questions and issues that arise and require clarification and will liaise closely with the senior technical team members 

• Hands on business analysis duties including defining and documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, definitions etc. 

• Deliver robust business relevant reporting and updates   

• Consult with key stakeholders throughout the project
