Roles & responsibilities
Design projects & project management
•We are on the lookout for a talented and creative Graphics Designer – someone who will wow us with their brilliance!•Within Creative Services, the candidate will be working for RoW Creative team which is recognized as a creative output leader to the Member Firms.
•As Senior Graphic Designer, you will provide creative and conceptual guidance to the team. Taking accountability of the quality and timeliness of outputs from, leading and mentoring designers to deliver an effective, efficient and high-quality creative service to our Member Firms. Build strong relationships with Offshore & Onshore leads and mentor team members to deliver service excellence.
•The creative output is frequently high profile, so the design, quality, accuracy, and timeliness of the end product is of critical importance. Looking for candidate with MS Office suite proficiency as primary skillset along with Adobe Suite knowledge as secondary skillset for the role.
Key responsibilities
•Conceptualizing the strategic direction of a project to provide creative, professional and functional deliverables that align with business needs.
•Determine project scope including effective brief taking, negotiating deadlines, and creating and communicating timescales, to define cost estimates for complex projects.
•Flexibility to meet deadline and project team demands in order to produce the required output, including remote working, weekend or after-hours work.
•Identify and initiate improvements to the document and execution for high standard output.
Work experience
•Total number of years of work experience: 7 to 10 yrs•Relevant number of years of work experience required: 4 yrs
•High Creative skills, the ability to understand written material and transform in graphical & creative way.
•Have strong skills in typography, layout, and color.
•Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Mandatory technical & functional skills
•Core competency skills in MS Office (PowerPoint & Word) in a professional graphics department•Secondary Skills in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign& After Effects).
•Proven working experience in PPT Animation is must.

•Interview process: (3 rounds) 1 technical assessment, 1 Offshore & 1 Onshore face to face interview •Does the job role involve travelling: May be (Depends on business requirement and candidate should be ready for) •Does the busy season apply to this role?: Yes(September till February are the busy season for the engagement)

Educational qualifications
•Minimum qualification required: Bachelor of Fine Arts or similar qualificationMandatory technical & functional skills
•Core competency skills in MS Office (PowerPoint & Word) in a professional graphics department•Secondary Skills in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign& After Effects).
•Proven working experience in Motion Graphics/Animation is must.
