The role and responsibilities of a Senior in the Audit-Operations teams would include:

oPreparation and publishing of various weekly, monthly, quarterly and year to date reportsoDashboard design, implementation and ongoing supportoCollate all required information for operational performance framework and management reportingooActively connecting with stakeholders to discuss the business needs and getting them resolved.ooConnect directly with other functions on various requests with regards to reporting and analyzingooDetail-oriented and responsible for a variety of tasks including data analysis, report preparation, and dashboard maintenance to support various stakeholders and teams within the organization.ooExtract data from timesheet to run various analysis such as:o1.Preparing and reconciliation of leave reports2.Budget Vs Actual reports, penetration reports and other business reports3.Auditing the accuracy and completeness of these reports4.Preparing utilization and related reports5.Preparing downtime reports   oMaintaining records of all employees, new joiners, leavers and secondments.1.Sending new joiner team and other details to HR.2.To assist new joiners in on boarding process3.Assisting new joiners with login Ids and other mandatory trainings.oContinuously evolve existing reporting methods to improve presentation and clarity of KPIs reported to leadershipoPrepare slide decks for Quarterly and Monthly KPI review meetingsoLiaise with IT team for updates, changes and faults.oSharing knowledge, mentoring and coaching the team members.oMonitoring work, managing and motivating the team to ensure deliverable meet necessary quality standards and agreed SLA’s.oCreate, manage, and complete office projects as and when required

Educational qualifications

oB.Com or any other graduate.

Work experience

o4-7 years of industry experience.

Mandatory skills

oStriving for quality and precision   oExcellent verbal and written communication skills oAbility to turn around work requests at short notice and flexibility to adapt to working hours and work environments oProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint) oProficiency/Working knowledge of VBA, PowerBI and other tools would be an added advantage
