Roles & responsibilities

The Reporting and Audit support role form's part to the Group Supply Management Hub structure and will provide support to the Supply Management Leadership team in the smooth running and evolution of the Supply Management function. 

 

This role requires an analytical skillset to deliver robust reporting needs across spend analysis, Coupa outputs, and other areas related to sourcing savings as required. Responsibilities extend to coordinating and delivering reporting and evidence when responding to multiple audits that are undertaken throughout the year.  Examples include ISO27001, ISO45001, ISQM1, SOC2, various external client and internal audits.

 

The role is also responsible for delivering administrative support to Group Procurement Policy updates; supporting the Voice of the Customer surveys and resulting remedial actions; reporting of key KPIs to Senior Leadership on regular cadence; supporting Sentinel coverage and updates required; supporting third party contractor onboarding; spend analytics tool updates;

Delivering Quality Service: Maintain a high standard of service quality, manage time, organize work tasks, monitor progress, and meet deadlines while managing multiple prioritiesProblem Solving: Support the analysis of complex issues, evaluate options, and make recommendations with clear rationaleTechnical Knowledge: Develop and apply technical knowledge specific to procurement, regularly updating skills to strategize and address client issues effectivelyExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decisionsAbility to anticipate firm’s business model requirements and influence without direct authorityExperience in end-user trainingAn understanding of the Source to Order process, and experience with Coupa would be beneficial.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
