Roles & responsibilities
•The Partnership Office Accounts Team provide financial and administrative advisory support to Partners. Customer centric, we are consistently looking for ways to exceed expectations of our partners across the business with the service we deliver.•This role supports the Partnership Office Accounts Team with a focus on governance, effectiveness, and service excellence. You will work closely with the Partnership Office team and internal stakeholders.•The individual is required to demonstrate exceptional compliance skills, attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines. The work is by nature high profile and the ability to treat matters with the utmost confidentiality is key.•As Senior Analyst in the Partnership Accounts Team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a number of finance processes that support our Partners •You will be perceived as proactive, credible, confidential, and accountable. You will ensure all administration queries are dealt with effectively with a focus on delivering high levels of customer service.•Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business operations supported, actively learning about relevant finance processes to integrate them effectively into daily tasks.•Address and resolve process and administrative queries falling outside the scope of other Finance support teams, utilising the workflow management system to track and manage these queries to completion.·

Work experience
•Educational Background: Advanced degrees, such as an MBA with a focus on UK finance, are highly desirable.•Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience encompassing financial accounting, management accounting, and FP&A.•Proven track record in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service.•Experience with S/4HANA or any related SAP ERP system is a plus.•Professional Skills: Understanding of financial reporting standards, particularly IFRS 15, fixed asset accounting, and intercompany accounting.•Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.•Proficiency in project management, particularly with PMP certification, to manage projects and deadlines effectively.•Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for financial reporting and data analysis.•IT proficiency, including SAP (or equivalent HR systems).•In-depth knowledge of Partner Central.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.•Resilience and the ability to work effectively with multiple demanding stakeholders.•Adaptability to change and eagerness to learn new skills and develop expertise.•Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and within tight deadlines.•Client-focused approach with a passion for delivering excellence and demonstrating process efficiencies.
