Senior Analyst

We are recruiting for a Senior Analyst in the Global Digital team. This role is for Workfront System Administrator and will support day-to-day management of the tool, develop and make enhancements to the process flows where needed, and manage the tool’s back-end properties, in close collaboration with the Global M&C Strategy, Planning and Marketing Operations Manager overseeing Workfront implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary system administrator for workflow/ticketing management system – support 150+ users across Global Marketing and Global Corporate Affairs with query resolution and general guidance.

  • Work across core support teams to create a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring existing processes and workflows are continuously evaluated for increased efficiency.

  • Oversee Workfront Fusion to maintain and improve existing scenarios and create new automated processes.

  • Customize/enhance existing reports and create new reports for multiple workstreams.

  • Enhance/create bespoke dashboards to provide efficient and high-quality time-saving management of information, customized for different user groups.

  • Support with any user questions, soliciting feedback and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the user experience, including proactively seeking feedback.

  • Develop training materials and manage new user onboarding/ad hoc training sessions and identify learning needs including producing weekly Teams posts of relevant topics.

  • Act as key contact for Marketers and Communicators when using the tool, including proactively communicating updates and changes leveraging our MS Teams channel, Teams chats, email and Workfront communication tools.

  • Act as a point of contact for the Global ITS technical team.
  • Act as a liaison with any external vendors providing support related to the Workfront or Fusion environments, assigning tasks and testing their deliverables as appropriate.
  • Actively engage with Workfront training resources from Adobe Experience League and other relevant sources to seek out new features, troubleshoot, and investigate areas for improvement within the instance.
  • Apply critical thinking to evaluate current business processes/process flows and identify potential areas for improvement.

Educational qualifications 

  • University Degree or Post-Graduate Program in a relevant field (Market Research, Business Insights, Marketing, Statistics, or other)

Work experience

  • The candidate must have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in all aspects of marketing automation using Adobe Workfront tool and can manage Fusion scenarios, thereby managing the pipelines for each projects effectively.

Preferred technical & functional skills 

  • Knowledge of other Adobe products (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, AEM etc.).

  • Experience with API interface setup (if any 3rd party integrations are required).

  • Experience running system diagnostics (if integrated with 3rd party vendors).

  • Experience working in Marketing and Communications, e.g. understanding of campaign lifecycle, production process, etc.

  • Experience working in areas related to professional services and/or financial services.

  • Experience with maintaining project budgets.

Mandatory technical & functional skills

  • 3-5 years technical background working with Adobe Workfront as a System Administrator, including creating process flows.

  • Relevant experience overseeing and managing Fusion scenarios with an eagerness to further develop these skills.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Ability to prioritize competing deliverables with an understanding of, and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.

  • Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities, issues and areas for further probing; a natural curiosity to gain better understanding of how things work, and how to improve them.

  • Excellent attention to detail is a must.

  • Proactive and takes initiative with proven ability to find efficiencies and time savings opportunities within existing processes.

  • Excellent communicator in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in terms suitable for various levels of understanding.

  • Credible record of operating as an independent contributor with proven results and working as part of a team during larger projects.

  • Experienced use of Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint) as well as a strong comprehension of MS Outlook and MS Teams.
