·Review, analyze, and track expatriate payroll,  compensation, benefits, global mobility, and other  assignment-related issues. ·Research for  any clarifications and come up with solution-oriented questions and review notes before  reaching out to next level reviewers ·Foster critical thinking and bigger picture of the processes - understand the background and impact of the tasks done ·Providing timely feedback to associates. Use appropriate of feedback methods as applicable ·Prepare and review miscellaneous tax, payroll, and international assignment cost projection calculations ·Leading calls with US team and active participation and discussion with US teams and drafting MOM’s. ·Have clear understanding of SOW's and out of scope activities, ·Pro-active communication on PTO's and work status to PML/US counterparts and ensuring TATs are met. ·Collaboration with GRS, Tax, and Bridge Support team. ·Establish productive partnership with the operating office members

Educational qualifications

Minimum Master Degree from reputable universities with excellent academic result, majoring in Accounting or Finance

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

·The candidate must have 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a Big 4 Firm ·Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, including spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel). ·Proficiency in managing assignment payroll and other services ·Understanding of Broad exposure to income taxation and knowledge of tax regulations.
