Senior Associate 2 FP&A - Central team

Roles & responsibilities

Work on the Annual Operating Plan and the forecast cycles.Prepare the relevant finance updates for the Board meetings.Analyze the monthly financials, identify and analyze variances with respect to the plan / forecast, understand the operating drivers and business reasons for the variances and provide insightful commentary articulating the story behind the numbers.Understand the operating metrics like headcount, hours, utilization etc. and how it impacts the financials.Work with the accounting team for appropriate accruals to ensure the correctness of the financial statements. Review and monitor the accruals periodically. Periodically review the Balance Sheet.Leverage data and tools to automate reports and processesContribute to KGDC's strategic objectives

Act in accordance with legal, regulatory and internal risk management requirements

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

Relevant finance experienceMS Office SuiteAdvanced ExcelBasic understanding of Power BI, SQL,Attention to detail

Strong analytical skills

Preferred technical & functional skills

MS Certified Power BI Preferred but Not Mandatory.

Excellent problem-solving skillsAttention for detailStrong communication abilities, with excellent written and verbal English skills

Should be willing to and capable of delivering under tight timelines, basis the business needs including working on weekends
