Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate, Fleet Support
We are looking for a Process Associate role in contributing to our Data Intelligence Team. The Candidate should be knowledgeable. In this role the candidate will be responsible to perform backend set up for Engine trend analysis.
Responsibilities
•    Strong understanding of sensors data or flight data or turbo machinery related data would be an added advantage
•    Knowledge in creating Shop Manuals or BOM or Engine Birth Certificates
•    Experience in identifying areas of improvement in data capture through various source and data analysis to identify issues
•    Knowledge of Engine Performance data capture through sensors and data flow in to various databases
•    Identify, analyze, and Re-Process the Data trends or patterns for Performance Plotting
•    Ability to outline processes and understand the End to End of processes
•    Good Communication skills
•    Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, MS Power Point is a must
•    Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.
•    Candidate should be comfortable with U.S Shift timings (Saturday and Sunday fixed week offs)
•    This process is complete RTO structure based without any Hybrid mode of Work Culture.

Qualification we seek in you:
Minimum Qualifications
•    Masters/ Bachelor’s Engineering degree in Aerospace /Aeronautical /Avionics/ Mechanical. 
•    Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
•    Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
•    Proficient in using MS Office.
•    Advanced excel would be preferred.
•    Ability to work collaboratively in a team. 
•    Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
