We’re looking for a creative and highly organised communicator who is passionate about crafting compelling narratives that help strengthen LSEG’s reputation and inspire and build understanding of LSEG’s strategy, priorities, culture and progress.

As part of the Group Internal Communications Campaigns team, you will play a key role in delivering integrated internal communications campaigns that support major business programmes, organisational priorities, and cultural initiatives across the Group.

This role reports into the Senior Manager, Internal Communications – Global Campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

• Implement internal communications programmes and campaigns that support business priorities
• Create and deliver communication plans that help teams understand business priorities and feel connected.
• Collaborate with teams across the business—like Sustainability and our People team —to support shared projects.
• Partner with other internal communications colleagues to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
• Write and produce content that’s clear, engaging, and aligned with our values.
• Ensure messaging is human, simple and aligned with our tone of voice.
• Track how well communications are working and suggest ways to improve.
• Promote our values - Integrity, Partnership, Excellence, and Change - in everything you do.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Experience using digital tools and platforms to communicate with teams, including adoption of AI tools.
• A collaborative approach - you enjoy working with others and building relationships.
• Confidence in giving advice and helping others communicate more effectively.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and committed to delivering high‑quality work.
• Understanding of best practices in internal communications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work.
