Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate, Spotfire Development
In this role, we are seeking a skilled Spotfire Developer with over two years of experience in Spotfire and a total of four years in data analytics and visualization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building insightful Spotfire dashboards connecting to various databases. Additionally, the candidate should possess the ability to analyse current processes and propose innovative solutions using Spotfire. Python coding experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
•    Spotfire Development: Design, develop, and maintain Spotfire dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.
o    Extensive experience in TIBCO Spotfire development, including analysis, design, and creating visualizations based on analytic specifications.
o    Proficient in key TIBCO Spotfire concepts like filtering schemes, data on demand, and property controls, with integration skills in HTML, R, Iron Python, and JavaScript.
o    Skilled in designing and developing flows, utilizing built-in functions of R and Iron Python to achieve desired results.
•    Database Connectivity & Manipulation using SQL: Establish and manage connections between Spotfire and databases like SAP Hana, SFDC, and AWS RDS to ensure seamless data integration. Very good experience in writing SQL queries, optimizing SQL queries.
•    Process Analysis: Evaluate existing processes ("as-is") and collaborate with stakeholders to design improved ("to-be") Spotfire solutions that enhance data visualization and decision-making.
•    Python Integration: Utilize Python scripting for advanced data manipulation and automation, enhancing functionality and user experience.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications for Spotfire solutions.
•    Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to Spotfire performance, data connectivity, and visualization accuracy.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
•    Minimum of two years of hands-on experience with Spotfire development.
•    Overall, four years of experience in data analytics and visualization.
•    Proven experience in connecting Spotfire to databases such as SAP Hana, SFDC, and AWS RDS.
•    Strong SQL skill on DML side
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess current processes and propose effective Spotfire solutions.
•    Familiarity with Python coding for data manipulation and automation is preferred.
•    Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Experience in other data visualization tools is advantageous.
•    Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
