Senior BIM Engineer- Mechanical/ Plumbing

Qualification: -

> Bachelors in mechanical engineering or other equivalent from recognized institutes.

> Design skills related to HVAC, Fire Fighting & Building mechanical systems.

> Navis work clash detection and understanding of 2D drawings (design/IFC/shop)

> Awareness of different plumbing systems such as Waste/sanitary, water supply, Storm/rain water, grease line etc.

> Excellent understanding and knowledge of working on BIM platforms – Revit, CAD etc

> Exposure to US Projects is a Must.

> Ensure Level of Quality control for Completeness and adherence to company standards of all Drawings produced.

> Work with BIM Coordinator / Manager.

> Ensure construction documents accuracy based on discipline BIM > Modeling.

> Strong Communication Skills.

• UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical
• PG: M.Tech in Mechanical

Experience: 4 + Years
