Job Description:

 

• Strong Senior BA experience in Agile (Kanban) and DevOps environments, supporting continuous delivery and CI/CD models
• Proven ability to define clear business outcomes and apply market and business knowledge to deliver value-driven change
• Excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, and structured problem solving
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, shaping business requirements, modelling, and end-to-end requirements management
• Strong experience in user story development, story mapping, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies
• Demonstrated capability in impact analysis and environmental analysis across systems, processes, and operating models
• Experience supporting business case development and value realisation
• Solid understanding of risk and controls frameworks, legal and regulatory compliance

Strong focus on business readiness and stakeholder relationship management across business and technology teams

Role Purpose:

• Excellent stakeholder management Experience with data migrations highly desirable Experience of managing project finances Previous experience delivering projects for  an would be excellent but absolutely not essential. This would just help to accelerate integration into the delivery team..
