Senior Business Analyst (CMS)

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on CMS and Agile methodologies. - Excellent analytical skills and ability to transform business needs into technical solutions. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in Project Management, with a track record of successful project delivery. - Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to innovate and implement new ideas to improve CMS processes and systems. - Leadership qualities to mentor and guide junior team members. Good to have skills: Data Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Process Improvement, Change Management, User Experience Design.
