• Engineering Services Portfolio and Service Delivery, Business results, Delivery and Operations,
• Responsible for Complete Delivery including content, technology, budget and milestones
• Key KPIs include TCV, ACV, Revenues, EBIT, CSAT and Portfolio development goals.
• Secondary KPIs include Portfolio specific targets and growth, region specific targets and Key Project
• Governance and Oversight to ensure that projects and programs meet their goals within approved time frames, scope, and budget.
• Resource planning and deployment to maximize resource availability and across projects, programs and service lines.
• Scale the offshore delivery unit for the client from on an end to end basis
• Financial Management of overall portfolio financials and individual topics.
• Tracking and actioning of measures to ensure Portfolio health
• Guidance and Mentorship to Portfolio Managers, Delivery Managers and key Project managers.
• Nurturing of next level as part of overall organization development
• Work closely with Regional Sales teams, Development partners, Manufacturing partners, Service Operations, and CoE teams.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external partners and sponsors.
• Manage processes deployment and necessary tailoring related to product engineering and engineering services. Drive effective change management processes.
