Major Role of the Position:

• Deputize & supervise the activities with planned strategies to achieve organizational main objectives & goals on PQCDSM.
• Holding an enviable expertise in areas of Tool design, development, execution & proving product process on machining lines for NPDs and scientific machining layout.

 

Skills Profile:

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4-7 yrs of experience in Manufacturing Engineering function, preferably in automotive or aerospace industry

 

Technical:

• Process: Layouts, Control Plan (Prototype, PPAP, Production), PFD, PFMEA.
• Design: GD&T, Fixture, Cutting Tools & Instrument Design
• Problem Solving Skills - Process, Machining
• IATF Audit
• Engineering Change Management
• APQP
• Knowledge of Piston Manufacturing Process and Basics about CNC machines will be an added advantage
• CREO Ver 9 - 3D Model, Assembly & Drawing
• Brics CAD 2023 / Auto CAD - Drawing
• Microsoft Office

• Teamwork: Collaborate with CFT’s to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
