Senior Engineer - PPMO SA1

 Key Roles & responsibilities:
Operational Reporting & Analytics:
Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards and status reports using advanced Excel and Power BI.
Publish weekly portfolio reports, month-end actuals, and forecast updates for leadership.
KPI Tracking:
Track and report key performance indicators for ATA portfolios and projects.
Data Insights:
Analyze data to generate actionable insights for leadership and support ad-hoc requests.
Stakeholder Communication:
Coordinate with ATA Portfolio Managers and Product Business Partners for roadmap alignment and governance decisions.
Task Management:
Take over existing tasks and support other PPMO responsibilities as needed.

 Required Skills:
Must-Haves:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, PowerQuery, advanced formulas & dashboards).
Strong skills in data analytics and Power BI.
Experience in operational reporting and KPI tracking.
Knowledge of project management concepts.

Work experience:
4–7 years of proven experience in project management, PMO, portfolio reporting, or a similar role.
