Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of all HCM modules and hands-on experience in configuring solutions to meet business requirements. The candidate should also possess strong communication skills to lead a team of junior consultants and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide complete knowledge and expertise in all Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Compensation, Performance Management, Reports, and Notifications.
• Configure Oracle HCM solutions to meet business requirements with minimal or no customizations.
• Build and maintain PAAS solutions and have experience working on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions on the Oracle HCM product.
• Handle product versions and features, manage upgrades, and oversee change management processes.
• Lead and guide a team of junior consultants, ensuring they deliver high-quality solutions.
• Review and validate solutions to ensure they meet business needs and standards.
• Manage integrations with other applications and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Provide strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Consultant with expertise in all HCM modules.
• Hands-on experience in configuring Oracle HCM solutions.
• Knowledge of building and maintaining PAAS solutions.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them into effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and guide a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle troubleshooting and solutioning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications for Oracle HCM
