Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst A- IT Digital Automation and Innovation

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with experience in the Azure Bot Framework to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with various web development technologies, including Node.js, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining cutting-edge solutions for chatbot and web-based applications, leveraging Microsoft Azure technologies.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, deploy, and maintain chatbots using Azure Bot Framework.

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI / Google Vertex AI, or  other GenAI platforms and tools.

- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code in Node.js.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for web-based applications.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Work with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly designs using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and usability.

- Implement best practices for security and data protection.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in web development and cloud solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in software development.

- Proficiency in Azure Bot Framework and related Microsoft Azure services.

- Strong knowledge of Node.js, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

- At least one year of hands-on experience in building Generative AI solutions through RAG, including experience with vector databases and advanced prompt engineering techniques. 

- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing business requirements.
