Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment – from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent in the education sector.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Utilize job portals, social media, and professional networks to source candidates.
  • Oversee offer negotiations, background verification, and onboarding processes.


Employee Engagement:

  • Design and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Organize cultural events, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.
  • Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Enhance internal communication and employer branding in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Support learning & development initiatives and employee recognition programs.


Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: 5 LPA
