Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan and schedule outbound shipments in coordination with SCM and freight forwarder.
2. Coordinate with SCM and batch release teams to ensure timely availability of products for dispatch.
3. Allocate transportation modes (road, sea, air) and select appropriate carriers based on shipment plan.
4. Monitor shipment bookings, documentation, and dispatch schedules.
5. Track in-transit shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
6. Resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies with freight forwarders and internal teams.
7. Maintain and update shipment tracking records and delivery performance metrics.
8. Support reverse logistics and returns handling where applicable.
9. Proficiency in SAP systems for billing and inventory management.
10. Understanding of GST regulations and e-invoicing.
11. Knowledge of logistics and dispatch documentation.
12. Basic data analysis skills using MS office tools.

Expectation:

1. 5-8 years experience in Billing through SAP
2. Pharama (OSD) background is preferable.
3. Knowledge in serializatoin (ATTP) is required.
4. Flexible to work in shifts.
