Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • Strong hands-on software engineering experience within enterprise environments. • Ability to stay current with modern AI tools, LLMs, AI development platforms, and emerging engineering technologies. • Proficiency in languages like Python, Java, or TypeScript. • Understanding of APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and integration patterns. • Experience leading client-facing engineering or delivery engagements for global accounts. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Curiosity and passion for exploring new technologies and applying them in practical ways.
